Just a quick update with my thoughts on re-booking appointments.

Initially we ware planning on starting the huge task of calling all clients that were originally booked in during lock-down from mid June onwards, however after this weeks announcement that the majority of non-essential shops will re open on the 15th June rather than the 1st June as originally stated with only 1 weeks notice, we are now being very cautious. We do not want to re book in 400+ clients from the 4th July to then be told with very little notice that the date is later, this would cause a lot of upset and disappointment. Unless we get a concrete date sooner it is doubtful that we will be calling anyone to re-book until the week before opening. We hope everyone understands this is the safest thing to do.

Unfortunately if we don’t hear anything different to anyone else regarding easing of lock-down, we're literally sat in front of our TV's anxiously waiting for news like everyone else.  All we can suggest at this stage is to keep a regular check on our Facebook Page for updates and hang on in there.  We can also reassure you that a lot is going on behind the scenes right now to hopefully make our re-opening run as smooth as possible plus some new things to come.
